Throughout most of her childhood and young adult life, Dr. Rebecca suffered with chronic and mysterious illnesses that the conventional model had no answers or solutions for. It was only when she was introduced to a holistic provider who practiced naturopathic medicine that her healing journey began. It is her personal experience with illness and the potential for healing that makes her unique as a practitioner.

Dr. Rebecca specializes in a variety of women’s health and mental health conditions and places particular emphasis on the mind-body connection and its role in disease. She believes symptoms are an expression of imbalance and can be used as a guiding force to come into alignment with a richer and more meaningful existence. She uses conventional and functional lab analysis to guide treatment and incorporates a variety of naturopathic modalities in her practice.

She is also passionate about working with children. Dr. Rebecca works to identify and help remove any obstacles that may be preventing her pediatric patients from thriving. She believes working to optimize the health of her patients while they are young can set the stage for healthier bodied and minded adults and communities. Supporting and empowering moms and dads to make informed health decisions for their children is especially important to her. With children, a little often goes a long way so Rebecca uses the least invasive treatments to yield the greatest results. She has additional training in classical homeopathy, botanical medicine and nutrition and prefers working with gentler medicines.

She practices medicine from the foundation that when the body is supported with the right circumstances, its innate ability to heal can flourish. Being a part of her patients healing journeys is her life’s greatest honor and she is humbled every day by the resilience and capacity for change that she sees in her patients. Rebecca is happiest in nature, at home reading a book with a cup of tea in hand or immersed in the study of anything related to the inner workings of the human body, mind and spirit.
